Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Wild Tails Photography! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following booking terms: Booking & Payment Your date and time are only confirmed once the session fee has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client Cancellations (48+ hours notice): Session fee is refundable minus 20%, any add-ons or extras will be refunded in full. Client Rescheduling (48+ hours notice): You may reschedule your session with no penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance. Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. No-Shows: If you do not attend your session without notice, the session is considered forfeited, and a new booking (with full payment) will be required. Photographer Cancellations If I need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered alternative dates. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Session Conditions Outdoor sessions depend on natural conditions. Please ensure your dog is comfortable in outdoor environments. Dogs must be on-leash or under reliable voice control, as agreed beforehand. If your dog displays unsafe or aggressive behavior, I reserve the right to end the session early without refund to ensure safety. Client Responsibility You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour and safety during the session. Please bring treats, water, waste bags and any items your dog may need to stay happy and comfortable. Liability While every effort is made to keep sessions safe, I am not liable for injury, loss, or damage to people, pets, or property during the session. Participation in the session is at your own risk. By booking, you agree to hold Wild Tails Photography harmless from any claims arising from the session. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
