WILD TAILS PHOTOGRAPHY

1. Booking & Payment

• A session fee (or full payment for packages) is required at booking to secure your date and time.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client cancellations ≥48 hours before session: Session fee is non-refundable, any add-ons or extras will be refunded in full.

• Client reschedules ≥48 hours before: No penalty; session can be rearranged.

• Client cancellations <48 hours or no-shows: No refund; a new session must be booked with full payment.

• Wild Tails cancellations (e.g., bad weather, illness): A full refund or rescheduled session will be offered at no extra cost.

3. Session Conduct & Safety

• Wild Tails prioritises animal welfare at all times and reserves the right to refuse or end a session if an animal appears distressed or unsafe—without refund.

• You are responsible for the safety, control, and suitability of your pet for the chosen location and session type.

4. Delivery of Images

• Image counts vary by session: up to 3 to 5 for 30–45 min sessions, 10 for 1 hr sessions, and 25 for 2 hr sessions.

• Images are delivered digitally; physical prints included as per chosen package.

• Digital images are edited in Wild Tails’ style; additional print or digital upgrades are available.

5. Copyright & Usage

• Wild Tails Photography retains copyright to all images. A personal-use licence is granted for non-commercial, private usage.

• Wild Tails reserves the right to use images for marketing, galleries, stock platforms, or other commercial uses, except where portraiture of owners is involved—unless otherwise agreed. You may opt out of image usage when you request a bespoke licence package.

6. Liability

• Clients expressly waive liability and hold Wild Tails Photography harmless from any claims, damage, or injury to persons, animals, or property arising during the session—even if due to negligence.

• Participation in the session is at your own risk.

7. Licence to Use Likeness

• By booking, you confirm you have legal authority to permit Wild Tails to photograph your pets.

• You indemnify Wild Tails against any claim arising from unauthorised inclusion of additional pets or participants.

8. Privacy & Gallery Access

• You will receive a private gallery link to view and select images.

• Selected high-resolution files are supplied as per your chosen licence; unused or unpublished images remain property of Wild Tails Photography.

9. Refunds & Disputes

• If, for any reason, you cannot agree to these terms, a full refund is available—provided no images have been delivered and within one year of purchase.
