TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings & Payment

Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Payment is required to secure a booking. Regular bookings may be invoiced by agreement; ad-hoc or one-off sessions must be paid in full prior to the service taking place.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client cancellations or changes:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the booked session may be rescheduled or credited.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or failure to notify, will be charged in full.

Service cancellations:
I reserve the right to cancel or modify sessions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, illness, or circumstances beyond my control. In such cases, a credit or rescheduled session will be offered. Refunds may be issued at my discretion.

Safety decisions are final and are made in the best interests of the dogs.

3. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Sessions take place outdoors and are subject to weather and ground conditions.

Routes, locations, timings, or session length may be adjusted to ensure safety and welfare. In cases of extreme weather or official weather warnings, sessions may be cancelled.

No compensation is offered for weather-related changes made in the interest of safety.

4. Dog Suitability & Behaviour

Dogs must be:

comfortable around other dogs (for group sessions)
accustomed to outdoor environments
able to respond to recall appropriate for off-lead activity
free from illness or injury that would affect their ability to take part

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if a dog is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or distressed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Owners must disclose any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or recent incidents at the time of enquiry.

5. Equipment & Care

All necessary walking equipment, including leads, water, and waste bags, is provided.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is appropriately insured, vaccinated, and treated for parasites as advised by their vet.

6. Liability

Participation in dog adventure sessions is entirely at the owner’s risk.

While all reasonable care is taken, I accept no liability for loss, injury, illness, or death of any dog, or damage to property, arising during or as a result of the service, except where required by law.

Owners remain fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

7. Photography & Media

Occasional photographs may be taken during sessions for record-keeping or promotional purposes.

Images may be used for marketing or promotional material unless the owner requests otherwise in writing at the time of booking.

Photography is incidental to the service and not guaranteed.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, you confirm that:

you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
the information provided about your dog is accurate
you agree to these terms in full
